LINCOLN PARK HOUSE
A single family residence in Denver, Colorado
We revitalized this century-year-old home - originally built in 1883 as railroad worker housing! - in the early 2000's. The exposed brick and beams were refurbished to bring out the character and history, while clean lines and crisp corners create an updated feel. This quaint 600sqft home belongs to ShelterBelt Founder and Principal Architect Nicole Delmage, who led the original renovation. The space was decorated by The Sursy in 2019, styled using furnishings and decor sourced locally from Colorado.
